Flower and Patio Show

The Indianapolis Landscape Association is proud to be a part of the Flower and Patio Show, held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in March.  An annual tradtion, the Flower and Patio Show Luncheon kicks off the Show for ILA members and also determines which garden wins the prestigious "Garden Excellence Award".  Congratulations to Franco Landscaping, the 2008 winner! 

 

Also at this year's luncheon, the ILA awarded two long-time members with Honorary Member status.  This year's receipients were John Barrett and Jack Molt.

GARDEN LUNCHEON PHOTOS

 

If you are a company new to the Flower and Patio Show and you are looking for a way into the show, check this out!  The ILA is sponsoring a contest open to all members who have not been in a Showcase Garden within the past 6 years.  Simply fill out the application and design a 600 sq.ft. garden for the show.  Return the application and design to the ILA, no later than August 1st, 2008.  HSI Show Productions will determine the winner and the ILA will offer advise to the winner on everything from vendors to contact to tips on how to create a great garden.  This is a great way to get into the show without waiting for a garden space to open up!
